PaperIQ
SMS Messaging Terms
Last updated: 2026-09-14
These terms govern text messages sent through PaperIQ, the proposal and contract application operated by MZE IQ LLC, d/b/a PaperIQ. They apply to the recipient of a message and to the organisation that sends one.
Program description
Text message terms at a glance. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
PaperIQ texts you a link to a business document — a proposal, quote or contract — when someone you are dealing with asks us to send you one. The first message you receive is an invitation naming the person and the company, asking you to reply YES. If you do not reply, nothing further is sent. Once you reply YES, the document link follows; the default message reads “Here’s your proposal: [document title] [link]”. Messages are sent and received through our messaging provider, Telnyx.
These are conversational, transactional business messages. This is not a marketing or promotional program, and PaperIQ does not send bulk, campaign or recurring messaging.
Who sends the message, and consent
PaperIQ is the sender. Every message comes from MZE IQ LLC, d/b/a PaperIQ, from one PaperIQ number, under one registered brand and one carrier-approved campaign. The organisation using PaperIQ asks us to contact you and writes the document; it does not send the message itself, and it cannot add you to our messaging.
Only you can give consent, and only you can take it back. Your number becomes textable when you reply YES to the invitation described above, and not before. Nothing entered into PaperIQ by a salesperson — a number in a customer record, a number on a form — counts as your agreement. Your reply is stored verbatim, with the number it came from and the time it arrived, as the record of your consent. Consent is per organisation: saying YES to one company does not let another company using PaperIQ text you.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You receive at most one opt-in invitation, and after that a message only when someone asks us to send you a document. There is no fixed schedule and no recurring series.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. PaperIQ does not charge recipients for messages; any charges come from your own mobile carrier under your plan.
Opting out — reply STOP
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. STOP is honoured by Telnyx and the mobile carriers at the network level, and you will receive one confirmation message. PaperIQ also records it on its own suppression list, which is global — it covers every organisation using PaperIQ, not only the one that contacted you. After that, no PaperIQ customer can text you and nobody inside PaperIQ can put you back; only you can, by texting START. Ignoring the opt-in invitation has the same effect as STOP: with no reply, no document is ever sent.
Help — reply HELP
Reply HELP to any message for help. For questions about a particular document, contact the person or the company named in the message. For questions about the messaging itself, or to reach the sender, contact MZE IQ LLC, d/b/a PaperIQ at info@paperiq.org or at our registered address, available on request.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and on your device, and we cannot guarantee that any particular message will arrive or arrive on time.
Supported carriers may change at any time, and not every carrier or device supports every message type.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and message content are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
